Theresa Lingle joined Crystal Coin and Jewelry in November 2013. She came to us with over 40 years of customer service experience and has over 10 years of jewelry experience. Theresa uses her extensive knowledge of stones and jewelry to assist our customers with re-mounting their stones into a new setting or reviving old jewelry; often doing a lot of research for our customers to find the exact jewelry item they are looking for, at a price they can handle. Theresa is very customer service-oriented and is excellent at assisting customers in making their jewelry and coin purchases. On a daily basis, Theresa is integral to the store, she processes the repairs and calls our customers when the repairs are ready for pick-up. Theresa replaces watch batteries and watch bands for our customers on a daily too. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Theresa as an employee!
